Does anyone know of any great prop investments here or abroad? Which places are up and coming?

1. If by property you mean real estate, property taxes will eat you alive---part of the New World Disorder plot to seperate you from your property (or to empty the pockets of the poor folks tenacious enough to try to keep their property).
2. UK is out of control on prices..... bits of France e.g Vendee still good value

4. Bulgaria is an investors paradise and will be for a few years yet. You can get a 2 bedroon apartment from 8k to about 40K and with it growing in popularity as a tourist destination and wiht pending Eu membership, it represents a good opportuntiy for long and short term investors. Regardless of where you go, ,do your research! Check for reputable companies, go with personal testimonies and recommendation where possible. Good luck on your way to millions.
