1. hi i see the Rs and am assuming you are from india. I am from america anyways some of the safest investments in the world are the united states government securities as there is pretty no risk of default on these securities. If you can find a way to invest your money in U.S. government securities i would suggest doing so but on the down side you will have currency risk if you do this if the rupee gains against the dollar you may not make any money and vise versa if the dollar gains against the rufee your returns will be greater. By the way the current yield on these investments are approximately 5%
